Our wines are selected with the utmost care and subsequently de-alcoholised. This means that you can now drink an excellent glass of wine with the full-bodied, rich taste of the finest grapes - ideal for those moments when alcohol consumption is not possible. Moreover, the Domaine de Fleur wines only contain 26 calories per 100 ml, about 60% less calories than in comparable, alcoholic wines.
Together with international wine connoisseurs, Domaine de Fleur selects the very best wines from countries such as France, Italy and Germany. These top wines are de-alcoholised by means of a carefully controlled production process. The alcoholic wines we select are heated under vacuum to a maximum of 28°C. During this process, the alcohol and other aroma retaining components of the wine are separated. The experts of Domaine de Fleur have more than 30 years experience in de-alcoholising top wines, as a result of which the full-bodied, authentic wine taste remains and you receive a first class product.
